Given the inflation rate of the salary cap the past nine years that pretty much equates to the five years and $25 million the Bills gave to Rob Johnson. Johnson wound up getting $18.8 million from the Bills, which worked out to more than $2 million per win he produced. Let's see if the Texans can do better than that.
