Patriots stop the bleeding

Good thing for the Patriots that WR Randy Moss is coming back. The Pats had been hemorrhaging players during this free agent period, so losing Moss would have been devastating, not to mention upsetting to QB Tom Brady. Moss' return means the Pats can now focus on retooling an aging defense that looked old against the Giants in the latter stages of Super Bowl XLII. That defense needs a serious infusion of young talent and fast.

Still, the Pats look like the team to beat again in the AFC East, especially with Brady and coach Bill Belichick on board. However, the offseason moves by the Bills and Jets suggest the Pats won't run away with the division next season.
