Two-a-day practices

NFL teams hold so many practices in the spring these days that the tradition of two-a-day practices in training camp is a thing of the past. The Bills had just three last year and have just two this year. However, they have 45- to 70-minute walk-through sessions virtually every day. They usually have a walk-through from 10:15 to 11 a.m. whether they practice in the afternoon or evening. This year the only two-a-day full practices are the first two days of camp, July 25 and 26. Bottom line: camp is still camp; there's not much time for goofing off.
