Seahawks, Jags dings

Injuries to monitor: Seattle's star linebacker, Lofa Tatupu, suffered a bruised knee in the Seahawks' preseason game at San Diego and was on crutches after the game. If he' s not 100 percent for Sept. 7 in Buffalo that would be a big plus for the Bills. Tatupu is outstanding. Meanwhile, the receiver injuries in Jacksonville remain a big factor for the Jags' early-season schedule. It still looks like top threat Jerry Porter will be out for the Week Two meeting with the Bills. The Jags will be counting on underperforming Matt Jones to step up the first few weeks. Jones was arrested over the summer for being caught by police in a car that had a large amount of cocaine in it. But the case is still pending and the Jags need receivers. So he's on the field.
