Costanzo replaces Crowell
The Buffalo Bills have added Blake Costanzo to the 53-man roster to replace Angelo Crowell. This will make assistant head coach and special teams coordiantor Bobby April happy. Costanzo got high marks from April the last three games of last season when he was promoted to the active roster. He was on the practice squad before that last season. Costanzo was among the final cuts on Saturday, having been beaten out for a roster spot by Jon Corto. Just how much security Costanzo gives the Bills at linebacker behind new starter Keith Ellison remains to be seen. He was All-NFL Europa in the spring of 2007.

While disappointing and extremely untimely, I have a feeling Crowell was on his way out after this year anyways. He is a decent, average player only with really no further upside at this point in his career. Buffalo almost definitely would have replaced him next year via free-agency or draft anyways.

the bills are vindictive and malicious, they will never get any free agents or top draft picks running towards one bills drive, donahoe was a fool, russ brandon is a imbecil.
