Jauron on Lynch, Edwards, etc.
Bills coach Dick Jauron said running back Marshawn Lynch was excused for practice today for personal reasons. Meanwhile, quarterback Trent Edwards practiced fully but was limping a bit on a sore ankle afterward.
Jauron on Lynch: "We excused him from practice. It was not injury related. It was personal. He had reasons to not be here and he should be back tomorrow." Jauron on Edwards: "He came in on Monday morning and his foot was sore in the ankle area and he can't remember when it happened or how it happened. So he's gotten treatment the last two days. We think he'll be fine. It didn't reduce his reps at all."
Meanwhile, it sounds like the Bills will be without defensive end Aaron Schobel another week due to his foot injury. Asked if he would be back, Schobel said: "Eventually. I just don't know how soon. We'll see what it does over the next couple days. It's better. I just don't know how much better or how much longer it's going to take. Like I said a couple weeks ago, I'm no doctor. Hopefully it'll be better by this week, but we'll see."

after the 1st play of the game i would have put leodis in. mcgee obviously couldnt play. jauron gets an extension and then coaches like an idiot. now mcgee,s knee is probably worse. how can you be so stupid to let a cornerback play on a bum knee? way to go dick and perry you lost another game because of your inept coaching
