Strong safety Donte Whitner (shoulder), cornerback Jabari Greer (knee), strong safety Bryan Scott (knee) and defensive end Aaron Schobel (foot) were out of practice again today. Scott is supposed to practice on Friday. Don't count on the others playing on Sunday. Whitner said as much in the locker room, adding that he probably should not have played in that Monday night game (not kidding). He could have hurt the shoulder even more, which is why injured players should never be allowed to decide on whether to play. Greer said his knee is not as bad as first feared. But it is sprained, which means he could miss a couple of weeks.

Coach Dick Jauron had no updates on Schobel, who hasn't been seen around the facility for the past couple of weeks.
