Don't cry for Derrick Dockery. The former Bills guard, released on Thursday, spent just a little more than 24 hours without a team. He was signed by the Washington Redskins to a deal worth $26.5 million over five years, according to ESPN. Dockery got $8 million in gurantees. That's a pretty great deal given the fact he just had been cut. If he had played out the entire length of his Bills contract, which would have run another five years, he would have received a total of $30.49 million - with none of it guaranteed. Dockery goes back to the team with which he started his career. It's a great country.
