The Buffalo Bills hired two men today to be co-strength and conditioning coaches for the team.
They are Eric Ciano and John Gamble. Ciano spent the past five years as the strength and conditioning coach at Georgia Tech. Before that he spent three years as associate strength and conditioning coach at the University of Tennessee. Ciano worked with Bills head coach Chan Gailey for three years when Gailey was head football coach at Tech. Gamble spent the past 16 years with the Miami Dolphins. The first 12 of those was as strength and conditioning coach. The past four were spent as director of player development. Gamble was hired as a strength coach in Miami by Don Shula. Gamble was the No. 1-ranked powerlifter in the world in the 275-pound class from 1981 to 1983.
The two men replace John Allaire, who was Bills chief strength coach the past four years.
