This MVP vote
I had one of the 20 MVP votes, and mine went to Drew Brees. It wasn't a very hard decision. Brees completed 82.1 percent of his passes (32 of 39), which was the second best percentage in the big game behind only the 88 percent mark by Phil Simms in Super Bowl XXI. Brees finished the postseason with eight TD passes and no interceptions. For his postseason career, Brees has 11 TDs, 2 INTs and a passer rating of 103.7. That's second all-time to Bart Starr's rating of 104.8.
The final MVP vote was 18.5 for Brees, 0.5 for Garrett Hartley and 1 for Peyton Manning. (I'm not sure how that Manning vote happened. Maybe someone turned it in early and didn't bother to change it. Or that person really, really likes Manning.)
