Bills General Manager Buddy Nix said after he was hired in January that he thought the team's scouting staff might be a little "light" in terms of numbers. Nix added a lot of experience with the hiring of Darrell Moody on Wednesday. Moody, 61, scouted arguably the most important part of the country - the Southeast - for the past eight years for the San Diego Chargers. Moody has 31 years of coaching experience at the major college and high school ranks. The Bills also added Matt Hand as an area scout. He previously had been serving the seven-team scouting alliance called BLESTO for the Bills.
