As we reported here Monday, it appeared the Buffalo Bills were in danger of losing running back Joique Bell off their practice squad to the Philadelphia Eagles.
That turned out to be the case Tuesday, as the Eagles released a statement on their official team Web site announcing Bell's signing and the release of receiver Hank Baskett.
Bell, an undrafted free agent out of Division II Wayne State, rushed for 152 yards on 27 carries for the Bills in the preseason.
Buffalo now has one spot open on its eight-man practice squad.
