Jackson 8th in Pro Bowl voting

BIlls running back Fred Jackson stands eighth overall in fan voting for the Pro Bowl.

Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers leads all players with 589,801 votes. The NFL released the voting totals from fan selections on NFL.com. New England QB Tom Brady is second at 537,780.

The rest of the top 10 are: Detroit's Calvin Johnson (487,547), Minnesota's Adrian Peterson (469,117), New England's Wes Welker (430,945), Green Bay's Greg Jennings (399,521), New Orleans' Drew Brees (396,436), the Bills' Jackson (384,771), Pittsburgh's Mike Wallace (377,615) and Chicago's Matt Forte (348,880).

Voting runs through Dec. 19. Fan voting accounts for one-third of the formula for choosing the players for the league's all-star game.
