Bills coach Chan Gailey said receiver Stevie Johnson was held out of practice today simply because he was ill. Gailey said Johnson will be ready to start against the Cowboys in Dallas.
Meanwhile, Andy Levitre worked with the starting unit at left tackle, and it looks like he will start vs. sackmaster DeMarcus Ware. Rookie Chris Hairston, held out the past couple games with an ankle injury, is healthy and ready to play. Rookie cornerback Aaron WIlliams practiced on a limited basis for a second straight day. He has missed the past five games with a collarbone injury. He's questionable for Sunday, Gailey said.
