Ball State 10, UB 7 - Halftime
UB trails the No. 12 team in the country by three points at halftime. Ball State's Ian McGarvey put the Cardinals ahead just before intermission with a 47-yard field goal which tied a career long. The score was set up following a fumble by James Starks at the UB 48.
