Binghamton buys out Broadus

---Kevin Broadus has left Binghamton after agreeing to a $1.2 million settlement. Interim president, C. Peter Magrath, seemed unconcerned that the university would have to dish out a lump sum of $819,115 to Broadus. Here's a statement from Broadus' lawyer and a copy of the settlement.

---The NCAA decided that they will not eliminate the July recruiting just yet, instead opting to study the recruiting process for a year.
