Alabama corner commits to UB

---UB continues its late push for secondary players as Daphne, Ala. cornerback Kyndal Minniefield verbally committed to the Bulls this weekend, according to a source.

Two more cornerbacks from Tampa, Fla. - Marqus Baker and Eric Patterson - are currently visiting the campus and told The Buffalo News they hope to make a decision about which college they will attend in the next few days.

Minniefield was part of a Daphne defense that allowed just over seven points a game in 2010 and a  secondary that picked off 15 passes while allowing only five touchdown receptions. He was selected to play in last month's Max Emfinger All-American Bowl Game Classic in Baton Rouge.

He is the 21st prospect to verbally commit to UB from the Class of 2011 which will officially announced on Wednesday, the first day of National Signing Day.
