UB Hoops Adds Third Recruit

By Bob DiCesare

Justin Moss, a 6-foot-7 forward, has signed with UB out of Indian Hills Community College and is expected to step right in and play according to Bulls coach Bobby Hurley.

"Justin is going to be a great addtion to the program," Hurley said in a news release. "I'm confident that he will be an immediate contributor next year."

Moss originally signed with Toledo out of Romulus High School in Detroit but doctors found a congenital heart abnormality in his entry physical and it was determined he couldn't safely continue his career. However, he went on to play at Indian Hills, where as a freshman he averaged 9.5 points and 5.1 rebounds. A UB athletic department spokesperson said he has been cleared by university doctors. Moss has three years of eligibility.

Moss is the third player signed on for next season. He'll be joined by incoming freshman guards Shannon Evans and Deyshonee Much.
