City of Night, the ambitious arts festival organized by Emerging Leaders in the Arts Buffalo and spearheaded by Dana Saylor, is raging at Silo City till 2 a.m. The weather has cleared up and things were just starting to get busy when I left to file my short story (see tomorrow's paper) at 6.
