The photo above, just now posted on Facebook by University at Buffalo Art Gallery curator Sandra Q. Firmin, shows the artist Tony Orrico in the midst of an ongoing drawing performance at the gallery. The performance, called "Prone to Stand," is part of "a series of bilateral drawings in which Tony Orrico explores the use of his body as a tool of measurement to inscribe geometries through movement and duration." If you happen to be in the area of UB's Amherst Campus, the performance goes through 7 p.m.
