Sometimes you don't realize what you have till it's gone. So when Alli Suriani and Donnie Burtless pulled down the shades on BuffaloEats.org, put their podcast on hold, packed up their Allentown hipster pad and moved the show out to Cheektavegas, I feared the worst. I've seen too many good blogs, and good restaurants, run up the "Closed for Renovations" sign of doom.
So a spiffy new site that went live Saturday is a sight for sore eyes. It has all the Buffalo Eats restaurant and bar reviews, the Eat it Up podcast interviews with a who's who of the Buffalo restaurant and do-it-yourself food scene. Plus plans for more regular features, like a regular profile of local farmers.
Check it out at BuffaloEats.org.
