DENVER -- We're on the scene at Coors Field and Terry Francona has made his toughest decision so far in the World Series. With no designated hitter, David Ortiz will play first base for the Red Sox Saturday night in Game Three. Mike Lowell will stay at third base and Kevin Youkilis will be on the bench. Francona said Ortiz's knees are fine and he hopes the Sox have a lead so he can put Youkilis in for the late innings. We'll see how this one goes, given Youkilis' terrific postseason at the plate and the hole his absence creates in the Boston lineup.
