PAWTUCKET, R.I. -- Day 2 of our New England trip has shifted the scene from the oldest park in the majors (Fenway) to the oldest one in the International League, quaint and back-to-the-past McCoy Stadium in the nation's tiniest state.

The Bisons won it, 2-0, as Collin McHugh threw seven shutout innings and -- giving him 13 in two years at Fenway -- and Josh Rodriguez homered over the Green Monster.
In the Bisons' notebook, Fernando Cabrera tied the franchise's modern-era save record and Matt den Dekker found center field even though he was left behind for a few minutes at a Thruway rest stop!
