1 p.m.: SOUTH BUFFALO -- Today's annual civic luncheon at the Buffalo Irish Center on Abbott Road -- as it always does -- drew a huge crowd, including numerous elected officials.
City, county, state and even federal officials -- including keynote speaker Sen. Kirsten E. Gillibrand -- were on hand.
