Audio: Lazio visits Calspan site in Wheatfield
WHEATFIELD -- Republican gubernatorial candidate Rick Lazio made a stop at Calspan this afternoon.
Before a private tour of the facility, Lazio had a question-and-answer session with reporters in which he talked about various issues related to the governor's race, including about rival candidates Carl Paladino and Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
Lazio said he came to Calspan to emphasize the importance of the state government to work with emerging businesses, as well as to "demonstrate support for the Greater Niagara region."
