The board of the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. decided the fate this afternoon of two hotly debated projects once planned in tandem with Bass Pro — an underground parking ramp and canal-like structures. The board tabled the parking lot plan and decided to resdesign the canals so they're much more authentic.
