A Rochester woman has been arrested for recording a video of a traffic stop while standing on her front lawn.
The incident, which happened last month, was put on YouTube and has gotten national media coverage.

The woman, who was known to police, was charged with misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration. The police officer who arrested her had asked the woman numerous times to go inside her house because he felt unsafe with her standing behind him while officers conducted the stop.
