Motorists will get their chance to voice their opinions tonight on a controversial proposed law in the Village of Kenmore that would allow the Kenmore Police to tow vehicles from village streets for three unpaid parking tickets.
The hearing will take place at 8 p.m. at Kenmore Village Hall, 2919 Delaware Avenue.
