Mighty Taco opened Monday in suburban Henrietta, its first location in the Rochester area and the only one located outside Erie and Niagara counties. News columnist Bruce Andriatch wrote about the expansion of this homegrown Buffalo business in a November column called "A food town is what we are: a Mighty one."
