To celebrate National Donut Day (who knew?), participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants are giving away one free donut of your choice when you purchase a beverage of any size. Bottled beverages in the cooler are excluded from the deal.
National Donut Day began in 1938 by the Salvation Army in Chicago, in order to honor women who served donuts to soldiers during World War I.
