The Town of Niagara Bicentennial Committee will unveil the town's new bicentennial logo at tonight's free concert in Veteran's Memorial Park.
The winning logo in a competition held by the committee was designed by Mark Thomas of Garlow Road, Lewiston. Thomas' mother, Ruth Thomas, won a design competition in 1962 for the logo used as the current town seal.
Tonight's concert features Lakeside Blues Band and BBC Band. It starts at 6:30. The park is located at 7000 Lockport Road.

The other two concerts in the series are scheduled for July 19 and Aug. 2. They will feature Then & Now and Shama Lama, and Colt 45 and J.B. Aaron, respectively.
