Today The Buffalo News leads off its political endorsements for the 2008 general election. We start at the top, backing Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois for president of the United States.
If Americans want a future where our leaders respond to
challenges with judgment and principle, rather than panic
and rashness, they will elect Barack Obama president. We
recommend they do so.
