Each week, we'll publish a quick Q&A with someone from the local political world. Instead of touching on the latest in policy issues and proposed legislation, the intent is to catch a glimpse of the person behind the title. The interviews are done via email.

Town: Depew

The Questions:
What's one thing people don't know about you?
I am a huge Buffalo Bills fan and season ticket holder for 25 years. Last summer while renovating our swimming pool we painted the Bills old-school standing buffalo on the bottom.
What music have you been listening to lately?
We listen to a Canadian folk-rock band from Newfoundland named "Great Big Sea." They are talented vocalists and creative writers preforming unique, fun and easy listening music.
What's your favorite restaurant?
Tough choice as I love to eat, but I'll go with "Jades Restaurant" on Broadway in Depew. Good traditional polish homemade menu with huge servings and great prices. Owners Brain and Denise Dziadosz always greet their customers with a smile.
Who is your political hero?
Robert F. Kennedy -- as attorney general, Bobby relentlessly crusaded against organized crime, his influence on the civil rights movement and racial equality and his overall integrity in all of the positions he held. RFK would have been a terrific president had he not been tragically assassinated.
What's the worst part of your job?
I have yet to find anything that I dislike about serving my constituents. I find it very rewarding. I have found however, that the hot dog cart in front of County Hall doesn’t serve Weber’s mustard.
