Congressional candidates Chris Collins and Kathleen C. Hochul squared off in a televised debate Tuesday at the WNED-TV studios in Buffalo. The event was sponsored by WNED, WGRZ-TV in Buffalo, WXXI-AM and FM in Rochester, WHEC-TV in Rochester, the League of Women Voters of Buffalo Niagara and The Buffalo News.
WBFO/WNED News Director Jim Ranney moderated the affair, with questions posed by Robert J. McCarthy of The News, Claudine Ewing of WGRZ and Julie Philipp of WXXI.
