WASHINGTON -- Times must be changing. Finally I can do a list of must-reads without including a story about Obamacare.
Predictably, though, today's top read falls back to another central topic of recent months: the scope of spying by the National Security Agency. In yet another of its scoops on that issue, The Washington Post today reveals that the NSA is tracking cellphone locations worldwide.
Meanwhile, The New York Times offers a surprising story about climate change, showing that large companies are warming to a carbon tax.
Lastly, Politico notes that in wake of several campaign embarrassments in recent years, Republicans are now coaching their male candidates on how to run against women.
