The plastic surgeon at the center of the Donda West death is now being scrutinized by the paparazzi and media. TMZ has photos of Dr. Jan Adams' office, which sits above a Quizno's sub shop and Kinkos copy shop, where Kanye West's mom had her surgery. ...
TMZ also has multiple reports of alleged malpractice. One former patient of Dr. Adams that says a surgical sponge was left inside her during a 1996 procedure. ... Another patient says a March 2007 breast implantation surgery went wrong and she nearly bled to death. ... Yet another says Adams and his partner botched a series of procedures in June of this year. ...
Yikes, one patient even claims Dr. Adams allegedly impregnated her after performing a surgery on her, then getting her intoxicated ... Oh, and Dr. Adams' former girlfriend filed a restraining order against him, saying when Adams drinks he becomes Jekyll & Hyde.

Brangelina have bought Ethiopia! Oh wait, it's a man-made island off the coast of Dubai that is shaped like Ethiopia, in honor of Ethiopian-born adoptive daughter Zahara. The AP describes the island as part of a project called "The World," a series of man-made islands off the coast of Dubai that have been developed and cost between $6-36 million.

One of O.J. Simpson's co-defendants testified in court that Simpson wanted to "pack heat" for the heist, according to TMZ. Walter Alexander said during testimony that Simpson wanted members of the crew to have guns, and when asked whether he thought they might have trouble with the police, O.J. allegedly said something not so nice about the men in blue.

People.com says that CNN meanie Nancy Grace was hospitalized with complications of pregnancy, after giving birth to twins on Nov. 4. Emergency room doctors discovered two blood clots in Grace's lungs, which were causing Grace to have breathing problems. Grace was reported to have developed pulmonary edema (a swelling and/or fluid accumulation of the lungs) earlier in her pregnancy, and the clots may be related.

Kevin Federline and his attorney have asked for yet another emergency custody hearing, set for Friday.

MTV reports that a class action lawsuit has been filed against the operators of the Miley Cyrus Fan Club at MileyWorld.com. The suit from a New Jersey woman says that the site claimed it could help members get access to those hard to find Hannah Montana concert tickets, that membership gave them the right to buy seats before they went on sale to the general public.
