Morning Links: New hot water for Britney

TMZ reports that one of Britney Spears' drug tests has come back "positive," but a source claims it is a false positive.

Also Kevin Federline is looking to site for evidence of Spears' erratic driving last week, when she blew through a red light at a busy intersection with the kids in the back, and the court ordered monitor crouching in front. Video on TMZ TV shows Brit with her cellphone in front of her face as she ripped through the intersection, appearing as though she was text messaging at the time.

K-Fed's lawyer has asked the judge to restrict Brit's driving the kids around already, so this is going make it easier to prove their case. And having a court ordered monitor in there with them doesn't bode well.
