Morning Links: Dr. Phil says sorry again

Dr. Phil was on "Good Morning America" this morning and told Diane Sawyer: "I don't think it helped the situation. I don't think it hurt the situation. ... I hope and pray that Britney will get help and that her life will be used as a great lesson for young stars that come in behind her." He still insists that he was personally asked by Lynne Spears to come and try to help her daughter.
