Morning Links: Britney Spears not up to trial

Britney Spears may be continuing work on a new album and a planned world tour, but she's not interested in her ongoing court case related to her driver's license. The case is a couple of weeks from trial, but Spears' lawyer is attempting to delay it further, using the conservatorship she is under as an excuse. In court papers filed yesterday, her lawyer said that "The Probate Court has found that [Spears] lacks the capacity to retain counsel, as a result, [Spears] is currently unable to participate meaningfully in this matter."
