Morning Links: Marcia Brady's tell-all book
Marcia, Marcia, Marcia! Maureen McCormick, who famously played eldest daughter Marcia on the '60s sitcom The Brady Bunch, has written a tell-all book where she writes extensively about her troubled youth. In "Here's the Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice," McCormick reveals her struggles with drug addiction, depression, an unwanted pregnancy and her numerous suitors.
She says she's dated Steve Martin, Michael Jackson, and TV sibling Barry Williams. She says in her darkest days she traded sex for drugs, participating in binges at the Playboy mansion and Sammy Davis Jr.'s house. She was addicted to cocaine and Quaaludes, and was faced with numerous interventions and rehab visits in her life.

Ringo Starr is warning all Beatles fans: No more fan mail! The legendary musician posted a video on his web site where he tells fans that beginning Oct. 20th, he is done with fan mail.
"I want to tell you after the 20th of October please do not send fan mail to any address you have ... If that is the date on the envelope, it's gonna be tossed. I'm warning you with peace and love I have too much to do. So no more fan mail. Thank you."
Starr, who always has had a rep for being the 'goofy one' of the Beatles, insists this is no prank. "This is a serious message to everybody watching my update right now," he says in the video message.

Lisa Marie Presley's twins have names. The girls, born to Presley and husband Michael Lockwood, are named Finley and Harper.

Britney Spears appears ready to go on tour in support of her forthcoming album, "Circus," due to hit the streets in December. Spears has reportedly hired AEG to produce the whole spectacle of her tour, which may begin some time in 2009. Spears has hinted during various interviews that she'd like to make this a world tour, and not just a U.S. tour.

Jessica Simpson denies that she is freshly engaged to boyfriend Tony Romo. "We are not engaged!" she told Entertainment Tonight. "Tony and I have not gone to Neiman Marcus –- somebody said we bought a ring there. I couldn't drag Tony in to Neiman Marcus if I tried." It's unlikely that Romo, an NFL quarterback, would do anything dramatic during the NFL season.

Mark Wahlberg has announced that he will finally marry the mother of his children. The rapper turned actor told press while promoting his new "Max Payne," that he intends to wed girlfriend Rhea Durham.

Janet Jackson was forced to cancel a tour stop at Turning Stone casino in Verona, outside Syracuse, citing "doctor's orders" as the reason. It was the eigth concert cancellation since she became ill in Montreal last month during a sound check.
