Morning Links: Ghalib will sue over Britney sex tape

Adnan Ghalib vehemently denies that he has a sex tape of his ex, Britney Spears, and says he has hired attorneys in England and plans to sue the tabs that said he is selling such a tape.

Paul McCartney  will release a new album called "Electronic Arguments" under the pseudonym "The Fireman," and it's a scathing attack on his ex, Heather Mills. "You said you love me -- but was it true?" is a lyric on one song, and a second, called "Two Magpies," is said to be about Mills and her sister. It will be released Nov. 17.

McCartney had a front-row seat at his daughter Stella's fashion show, where he appreciated the clothing even though some of the models had very little of it on. A few seats away sat former supermodel Twiggy, who told the Mail Online that she's ready to enjoy her own swinging 60s. She'll celebrate the milestone birthday next year.

Rosie O'Donnell will get an audition of sorts for a new variety show on NBC. "Rosie's Variety Show," with guests, comedy and giveaways,will air as a special on Nov. 26, the night before Thanksgiving. If it draws enough viewers, the show will become a regular series in 2009 and would become her first television job since she abruptly quit "The View" in 2007.

Speaking of "The View," as political debate on the show becomes more heated, TV blogs have been seething with news that conservative Elisabeth Hasselbeck is leaving the show for a position on Fox News. Her spokesman denies the reports, saying, "While Elisabeth has a great relationship with Fox News, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that she is leaving 'The View.'"

The IRS says "Dancing With The Stars" winner Helio Castroneves danced around paying his taxes too. The race-car driver, will appear in court today along with his sister and his attorney. Helio is accused of hiding millions of dollars in a Panamanian shell company. He's expected to appear in court today to face charges of conspiracy and tax evasion.

Brangelina and their six kids are back on American soil, their first trip to the States since their twins were born in France. Brad and Angelina plan to walk the red carpet Oct. 4 when her new film, "The Changeling," premieres at the New York Film Festival. Daughter Shiloh was photographed looking happy, while mom Angelina looked solemn and drawn.

Sharon Stone's attorney denies she ever suggested that her son Roan, 7, have Botox shots in his feet to fight odor. "It is a complete fabrication," said her attorney.

Liza Minnelli recalled her "Cabaret" days -- which are long gone -- when she showed up on an Italian talk show in a short, semi-transparent top, tights and high boots.
