Morning Links: David Duchovny separated from wife

Actor David Duchovny has confirmed that he has been separated from wife, Tea Leoni, for months. The actor, who recently finished a stint in rehab for sex addiction, says in a joint statement to People that they had hoped to keep their separation private, but now confirm it is true.

"In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children," the statement said.

The couple has been spotted together since Duchovny surfaced from sex rehab, which was said to be Leoni's idea, as a demand to try and keep the marriage together.
