Morning Links: Jackson's will to be filed today; viewing planned at Neverland

Michael Jackson's family plans to invite fans to view his body during a public ceremony Friday at Neverland, his former estate near Santa Barbara. The information, reported by E!Online, came from the Santa Barbara sheriff's department, which was said to be discussing security issues with the California Highway Patrol. The current owners of Neverland released an open letter to people who live nearby, warning them of the crowds that "will come, with or without permission or an invitation."

And TMZ.com, which has staked out the Neverland Ranch, watched as a shipment of some 32,000 pounds of cement was delivered there. At a press conference, Joe Jackson said his son would not be buried at Neverland. In any case, his mentor Quincy Jones says he won't attend. "I can't handle it," he said. "I won't go to any more funerals as long as I live."

A day after Katherine Jackson gained temporary control of her late son's estate by claiming in court that he had died without a will, a lawyer for the family now says a will has been discovered and "his various advisers over time are now looking for additional documents." The Wall Street Journal says a will drafted by Jackson in 2002 leaves his estate, estimated at $200 million after his massive debt is settled, to his three children, his mother and some charities. His father, Joe, whom Michael often said abused him when he was a child, was left nothing. The will reportedly will be filed in court today.

Information of the biological origin of Jackson's three children, long speculated upon, is being reported in various places. TMZ.com says neither Jackson nor his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, who gave birth to the oldest two children, are their biological parents, that Rowe served only as a surrogate. Her attorney denies this report, calling it "hurtful and insidious." The surrogate who gave birth to the youngest child is not known -- and may not know that Jackson received the baby. Birth certificates for Paris and Prince list Jackson as the father and Rowe as the mother, while the youngest child's birth certificate lists no mother's name. Us Weekly is reporting that the father of the two oldest children is Jackson's dermatologist, Arnold Klein. Jackson and Rowe met at the office when she worked for Klein. TMZ.com is also reporting that Los Angeles police want to talk to Klein about medications he may have prescribed for Jackson.

In non-Michael Jackson news, after the deaths in quick succession of Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, false reports of other celebrity deaths are being spread. Hoax rumors of the deaths of Britney Spears, Natalie Portman and Jeff Goldblum have all been heard, and George Clooney's publicist was swamped with queries from media and friends after his death was rumored. All are alive and well.

Farrah Fawcett's private funeral at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles in Los Angeles was attended by her son Redmond O'Neal, his father Ryan, Farrah's dear friend Alana Stewart, former husband Lee Majors, fellow Charlie's Angels Kate Jackson and Cheryl Tiegs, along with Joan Collins, Gary Shandling, Marla Maples, and O'Neal's children Tatum and Griffin.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick refused to sell the first images of their twin daughters, as many other stars have. The first photo of the family that now includes Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick and Tabitha Hodge Broderick, as well as big bro James Wilkie, was distributed for free.

Tameka Raymond, Usher's soon-to-be-ex-wife, says in a court filing that she and the singer were not estranged and she did not even know her marriage was in trouble. Usher's divorce petition says the two were estranged a year after their August 2007 wedding. The pair have two sons.
