Morning Links: Jon Gosselin to be sued by Kate Major; claims breach of contract

Gosselin Major It was a short-lived romance, but apparently Jon Gosselin made promises.

Gosselin is about to be sued by Kate Major, the former tabloid reporter who gave up her career to be with him. RadarOnline says that Major claims that in June, she and Gosselin signed a contract where she agreed to become his personal assistant, at the same salary she was earning as a tabloid reporter.

Major has a hand-written contract that the two signed while holed-up in a hotel room one weekend.RadarOnline says that in signing the contract, Major "agreed to work for Jon as his personal assistant, earning a percentage from his accounts and pledging not to talk to the media about their relationship."

Major's lawyer, Ben Pietra, confirmed he is investigating Major's options. "We are keeping our legal options open, but if a breach of contract has occurred, we will be moving forward with a lawsuit.”

Major has called her relationship with Gosselin a big mistake, and says that she now "despises" him.
