Morning Links: Matthew McConaughey celebrates a "perfect" 40th birthday
Matthew McConaughey turned 40 on Tuesday
and calls himself "a late bloomer" because it took so long for him to
find happiness. "The 30's were good to me and I'm really looking
forward to my 40's, 'cause I'm a late bloomer," he wrote on his MySpace page.
"Got everything I need for a perfect 40th ... a happy and healthy lady,
son, and another baby on the way." McConaughey celebrated 40 with a big
party that featured country music star Jamey Johnson.
"My family, closest friends and I celebrated last night with a surprise performance by one of my favorite artists Jamey Johnson. There were some epic stories told, lot of laughs and definitely some roasting. Somehow! No blood or glass broken, and that's cus the gig was so organized by lady and we went 'til 4:30am"

The man accused of stalking Ryan Seacrest told police that "it was meant to be." Chidi Uzomah, a former Army infantryman, was arrested October 30th at the building where Seacrest does his radio show. With bail set at $150,000 has pleaded not guilty. But a police source tells TMZ that Uzomah told them, "I felt like I was meant to see someone." Police also believe that Uzomah is beginning to show signs of early schizophrenia, which may explain his behavior.
A sixth member of the alleged Hollywood robbery ring turned himself in to Los Angeles police yesterday. Jonathan Ajar has not been charged with any of the robberies, but instead charges related to drugs and guns that police found when his home as searched last month.

Mariah Carey was on "Larry King Live" last night, where she talked about Rihanna's recent interview about domestic violence, saying that she also was in an abusive relationship.While not naming the man, in the past Carey has called ex-husband and former manager, Tommy Mottola, very controlling. Carey told King of this relationship, "I was very sequestered, as you know, when I first started out ... I
wasn't really allowed out of the house, so I can't imagine what she
went through. ... Emotionally, mentally, in other ways ... It's scary. You
know, I just think you get into a situation and you feel locked in."

Speaking of Rihanna and abuser Chris Brown... Brown's upcoming album will be available a week earlier. Brown's third album, called "Graffiti," will now be available December 8th. A single off the album -- "I Can Transform Ya" -- is currently on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop charts at No. 16.
Elsewhere, Rihanna will be performing at the American Music Awards on November 22, the day before her album "Rated-R" is released.

Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Reggie Bush may be set to go to the next level in their relationship. Speculation is abound that the two are about to move in together, as both of their Los Angeles-area homes are on the market, and are being handled by the same real estate agent. Kardashian's condo is listed at $1 million, while Bush's is up at $5 million.• • •
A former porn star says that actress Sandra Bullock is keeping her from her daughter. Janine Lindemulder was previously married to Jesse James, and the couple have a 5-year-old daughter together. Bullock, currently married to James, has been helping raise the girl since January, when Lindemulder went to jail on tax evasion charges. Lindemulder accused Bullock of keeping the girl from her because Bullock is aid to be unable to have children of her own. Bullock scoffs at that accusation, saying "that couldn't be farther from the truth."

A former girlfriend of Verne "Mini Me" Troyer says that he is a danger to her life and has filed for a restraining order against the diminutive actor of "Austin Powers" fame. Yvette Monet claims that Troyer has harassed her, calling her names, making threatening phone calls, and naming friends with guns that could take care of her.
