The Christmas Day fight between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller was just a bad day, according to Mueller's lawyer, Yale Galanter. Galanter tells UsWeekly, "They’re very much in love, and they want to try to work it out. I think they had a really bad day, which is probably an
understatement, but they need their privacy and they need some time." "They want to act as husband and wife, and with the restraining order there, that’s tough to do."
Galanter also tells E! News that Mueller did not recant her story, as was rumored. "That never happened, she never recanted and she never changed her story."
