Morning Links: Sources say Elin Nordegren will divorce Tiger, but celeb lawyer urges her to wait

Elinnordegren A source close to Tiger Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, says the Swedish model plans to divorce him. The source told ABC that a "divorce is 100 percent on." Kate Coyne, senior editor at People magazine, said, "Sources have told us that Elin [says] this marriage is over and she is looking to divorce." RadarOnline reports that a friend says, "She's not going to let Tiger talk his way out of this. There's nothing he can say to erase years of betrayal."

Nordegren has reportedly spoken to Los Angeles attorney Sorrell Trope, who's currently representing Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt in his messy divorce, and also represented Britney Spears and Nicole Kidman. But celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder says Elin might do better financially if she stays in the relationship, at least in the short term. "She stands to lose lots of money if she's suing for divorce," Felder said. "I would not bet she's suing for divorce because first of all, she has to have residency. ... Second of all, if she were my client -- and I think with any divorce lawyer -- you'd want to have your client near you so you could be there for every twist and turn. She's (said to be) off to Sweden somewhere. So I think she's maybe just going into seclusion or licking her wounds or whatever."

The ex-attorney of Dr. Tony Galea, who treated Tiger Woods after his knee surgery last year and denies that he gave the golf star human growth hormone, tells the New York Daily News that Galea is "is in no way responsible for (Woods') voracious sexual appetite." Christophe Preobrezanski, who said Galea is "one of the good guys," represented the doctor after his assistant was arrested with drugs at the Peace Bridge Sept. 14. Galea's local attorney, Mark Mahoney, also told The News that Galea "has not been doping any athletes ... That goes for Tiger Woods or any other athlete he's treated."

copy of the sale contract for the house Nordegren just bought in Sweden shows that she signed it "Elin Woods," and paid some $2.2 million for the house. It's on a remote island without any shops and has no running water in the winter, locals say. But on the plus side, it's almost inaccessible to paparazzi.

Although Jon Gosselin's attorney said a divorce would take several weeks, Kate's attorney tells EOnline that he expects a judge to sign off on their split today at the latest. "We're expecting it either today or tomorrow," attorney Mark Momjian said Thursday. "The arbitration award has been entered, and it's final and it's binding. We're ready to make a statement as soon as we hear the decree has been signed." Meanwhile, after photos were published of Jon shooting a handgun into the woods from what used to be his back yard, a judge ordered him to stop bringing firearms onto the Wernersville, Pa., property the Gosselins once shared.

Haileyand guyHailey Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who did Kate Gosselin's tummy tuck, seems to be over Jon Gosselin, whom she grew close to when he stayed at her parents' house after splitting from Kate. RadarOnline.com published a photo of Glassman, 22, left, kissing celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman. The two were together at the Grey Bar in Pennsylvania to promote a celebrity boxing match tonight that will pit John Wayne Bobbitt (who grew up in the Town of Niagara) against Philly's Tony Fusco. During Glasssman's appearance at the bar, says RadarOnline, Gosselin peppered her with texts from his car outside, demanding to talk, until she finally took his call and demanded that he leave her alone.

NancyODellNancy O'Dell is leaving "Access Hollywood" after 13 years because she has become increasingly more uncomfortable with the sensationalistic tone of the show, a source tells People. Her contract continues for two more years, but O'Dell will appear in her final show this week. Her rep says, "The original member of the 'Access Hollywood' family, co-anchor and respected broadcast journalist Nancy O'Dell, has chosen to leave the show after 13 years. This decision is based totally on Nancy’s desire to take her career to the next level and is completely amicable. She will continue on with projects as a broadcast entertainment journalist."

A man accused of stalking Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck was arrested Monday outside the nursery school in Los Angeles where their daughter Violet is enrolled. Steven Burky is accused of two counts of felony stalking and two counts of disobeying a court order, which TMZ says is the restraining order requiring him to stay away from the family. If Burky posts bail, he will be prohibited from approaching within 500 feet of Garner, Affleck or their children.

Singer Robin Thicke and wife Paula Patton are expecting a baby boy and have already selected his name -- Julian, Thicke tells Essence.com. Thicke says he looks forward to parenting the little guy: "Teaching him how to respect a woman. Teaching him music." Thicke admitted to some first-time parent jitters, too. "I'm afraid of not being patient enough, but most of the time that's when I'm scared or worried about the future," Thicke says. "I want to work on that. But my biggest fear is being able to be there, because I don't know if kids ever think their parents were there enough."

On the other side of the parenting coin is Tom Brady, whose new son with model wife Gisele Bundchen apparently still doesn't have a name. Days before delivering the baby last Tuesday, Bundchen said she didn't like the name they had selected, so it was "back to the drawing board." Although Brady already has a 2-year-old son, Jack, whose mother is Bridget Moynahan, he is experiencing the challenges of having a newborn in the house for the first time -- he and Moynahan broke up before Jack was born. Asked about his first week with the unnamed tot, Brady said, "It's good. It's good. I'm glad it's over!" He added, "I'm trying to get back to my normal sleep schedule, which I'm sure, for all of us parents, is a little tough early."

Also new parents are actress Leelee Sobieski and her fashion designer fiancé Adam Kimmel. Sobieski delivered a daughter late Wednesday evening in New York City, Sobieski's rep confirms to PEOPLE. Further details, including the baby's name, have not been released. The couple are still planning to marry, but "we have pushed that back," Sobieski said after the pregnancy was announced. "We are going to maybe do it in the spring.
