Tiger Woods' British attorneys have gotten a court order prohibiting newspapers, magazines and blogs from publishing any nude photos or videos of him, including "any photographs, footage or images taken or obtained of the claimant [Tiger] naked or any naked parts of the claimant's [Tiger's] body or of him involved in any sexual activity." While this step does seem to indicate that such materials exist, the letter notifying media of the ban says, "this Order is not to be taken as any admission that any such photographs exist, and in the event they do exist they may have been fabricated, altered, manipulated and/or changed to create the false appearance and impression that they are nude photographs of our client." The lawyer's letter says, "Our client is not aware of any images and in any event he would not have consented to any such photographs being taken nor would he have consented to the dissemination or exploitation of the same."

Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse for Tiger, the National Enquirer is reporting that he may have impregnated some of his girlfriends, resulting in abortions in some cases and babies in others. "That would be the final straw for his wife -- and Tiger knows it," "an insider" told the Enquirer. "There is definitely more than one woman out there who could come forward to say she had his babies."

Meanwhile, Life & Style magazine reports that celebrity biographer Ian Halperin was approached by a woman two years ago who said she had a tape of Woods having a sexually explicit phone conversation. "It sounded like him, but I had no proof," Halperin said. How about a genuine sex tape? Steven Hirsch, owner of porn producer Vivid Entertainment, tells the magazine, "A Tiger sex tape could be worth $5 million, possibly as high as $10 million."

Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer has removed all in-store advertisements featuring Tiger Woods from its 100 Australian stores, but has stopped short of firing Woods. Like Gatorade, the company said the removal of Woods' campaigns was not linked with his current trouble, but had been planned for a while. Tag Heuer's general manager, Philip Richards, told the Sydney Morning Herald that the "golf focus" of the Links watches, which Woods promotes, had simply run its course.

Adam Lambert, last year's "American Idol" runner-up, was interviewed one of Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009 Wednesday night, and what Barbara seemed most fascinated about was Lambert's open-mouthed kiss with a male musician at the American Music Awards. Referring to the moment as "raunchy" and "lewd," Walters asked him why he did it."I got really excited. You can't plan everything -- if I did a performance exactly how I rehearsed it, it would be so boring," he said. The kiss got him pulled from ABC's "Good Morning America," "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and "New Year's Rockin' Eve." The much-discussed kiss was not shown on Walters' show, but the network on Thursday said that was only done "to focus on the fresh, new interview with Adam Lambert." A brief kiss between Lady Gaga and another woman was shown on Walters' special. Lambert did appear on "The View" on Thursday, as seen at left, but the segment was pre-taped, which prompted both Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd to complain and Lambert to say sarcastically, "Protect your children, people!"

Jon Gosselin has been found in breach of his contract with TLC after he didn't even bother showing up for the network's case against him in a Maryland court. Back in October, when TLC sued Gosselin for violating his contract by making paid and unpaid TV appearances without the cable network's permission, Gosselin's attorney said the reality TV dad "will vigorously defend against this baseless action." But on Thursday, when the two sides were due to meet in a Maryland court, Gosselin did not appear and his side did not call any witnesses. A TLC official called Gosselin's appearances with his new girlfriends "embarrassing."

A Miley Cyrus song that was nominated for a Grammy for Best Song Written for a Soundtrack has been pulled from consideration days after it made the list. Grammy organizers did not explain why the single "The Climb," featured heavily in "Hannah Montana: The Movie," was pulled, but a source in Cyrus' camp says it was nominated by mistake and its removal was not unexpected. The nomination will go to the entry with the next highest number of votes, which is "All Is Love," by Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. It was written for "Where the Wild Things Are."
