Morning Links: Tiger Woods, out of sex rehab and back with wife, said to be planning golf comeback

Tiger Woods is headed back to his home in Windermere, Fla., next week and plans to return to golf in late March, someone who works for the Woods family has told TMZ. On March 22 and 23, Tiger reportedly will play in the Tavistock Cup -- an event that pits pros who live on and play at the Isleworth Golf & Country Club against the pros from the nearby Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. Both are near Orlando. After the tourney, TMZ says Tiger will head to Georgia to prepare for The Masters. Tiger was reportedly picked up by wife Elin Nordegren when he left the Mississippi clinic where he was being treated for sex addiction late last week.

Charlie Sheen is due in court today in Aspen, where he is expected to be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault for threatening his wife, Brooke Mueller, during a Christmas Day fight. But sources say Mueller is reluctant to testify. She was hospitalized with pneumonia while the two were separated by an order of protection, but she wanted to see Charlie, so the ban was temporarily lifted. Sources say they couple, who have infant twin boys, want to reconcile. Sheen is said to be willing to plead guilty to a misdemeanor, but will fight any felony charge.

Meanwhile, Sylvester Stallone, of all people, says his pal Sheen is "a victim" in the bizarre theft and destruction of a Mercedes SUV that he says was stolen from his house and then plunged down a cliff over the weekend. The SUV was found upside down at the bottom of a ravine, with nobody around. The key was in the ignition of the car, which was left in an open garage at Sheen's house in a gated community. A Bentley was found destroyed near the Mercedes, and surveillance tape from that theft may help identify that thieves.

Jamie Lynn Spears, now 18 and the mother of 19-month-old Maddie Briann, has split up with the baby's father, Casey Aldridge, according to sources close to the couple. Spears moved out of the house she shared with Aldridge about six weeks ago and moved back in with her mother, Lynne. Spears is said to be now involved with local multimedia company owner James Watson. Jamie Lynn "did a lot of growing up but [Casey] didn't," says a source. "I think she put up with more than she cared to put up with. She just got enough of it and was tired of the situation." Last April, after Aldridge crashed his truck and wound up being hospitalized and charged with careless operation, a misdemeanor, a family source told People that he was "thinking a little more seriously about things."

Almost three months after she had her body and face reshaped in a 10-procedure plastic surgery marathon, Heidi Montag tells People, "I'm very fragile. ... I'm not in a great place right now." Her mother's horrified reaction to her 23-year-old daughter's plastic surgery delayed her healing, Heidi says. During her visit with her mother in her hometown of Crested Butte, Colo., "I was hysterical the whole time," she says.  "It was so hurtful. My body really set back from recovering from all the crying, stress and that traumatic experience. My insides were just throbbing and pounding but I know it's part of what I had to go through." But, she says she has no regrets about the surgery. "I'm thrilled," Heidi says. "I'm the happiest I’ve ever been in my life."
