Morning Links: Worries grow about Jackson kids 'running wild' as video shows teen attacking younger brother

Jackson family A shocking video that shows Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son Jaafar striking his younger brother Jermajesty in the head and knocking him to the ground, then cursing into the camera, may become part of a Children and Family Services investigation into conditions at the home of Katherine Jackson, where up to 14 of her grandchildren are said to be living. Jaafar, seen at left in the family photo with Jermajesty at right, ordered a stun gun online and reportedly used it to menace Michael's kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket. A Hollywood Reporter blog writer says Katherine, at 80, is unable to supervise the grandchildren, Nanny Grace Rwaramba visits only occasionally, and "Randy Jackson and Jermaine Jackson’s kids are running wild in the house,” says a source.

Even Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Michael Jackson's two oldest children, Paris and Prince, says she is "worried" about them and their young brother, Blanket, 7. Her friend Marc Schaffel tells People that Rowe is "mortified and very, very concerned over the welfare of her children and what they are being exposed to." Rowe has also been visiting Jackson's grave recently -- and she was photographed weeping there this week, and hugging and signing autographs for fans who gather there regularly.

Investigators from the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services were wrapping up their investigation Thursday into the stun-gun incident. One employee had not been at work, so it took until Thursday for investigators to take a statement from him. Jaafar secretly brought a powerful stun gun into the house, but Katherine's attorney says the teen never threatened or injured anyone,  including Blanket. TMZ reports that a source claimed that only a guard's quick intervention "stopped Jermaine's kids from stunning Blanket." Jaafar ordered the stun gun online two weeks ago, opened the package in his bathroom and tested it on some paper, but while sources say he threatened both Paris and Blanket, the attorney says the gun was immediately heard and confiscated.

Elin Nordegren has moved back into the house she shared with Tiger Woods, but is keeping her distance from him emotionally, a source tells People.com. "I call them the divorced married couple," says the source. "Elin knows Tiger has issues and is afraid to go near him romantically. Because of the children and his need to return to golf, she will try to live in the house with a wall between them. ... The marriage is all smoke and mirrors, but Elin will help Tiger rebuild his image and gain new sponsorships because this is what his life is all about. She is doing this more for the kids and holding the family together then anything else." Elin and the Woods children returned to thefamily house on Wednesday afternoon and later a moving van arrived and workers brought in possessions, TMZ reported.

Kate Gosselin is taking this whole "Dancing With the Stars" gig seriously! Workers were spotted carrying plywood into the home of the single mom of eight, apparently to build a dance studio in the basement, where her DWTS partner, Tony Dovolani, will practice with her. The cost of the studio is being covered by the show. TMZ reports that Kate will only be in L.A. two days a week for taping, and her nanny will care for the kids while she's away. Kate reportedly told the show's producers that she's doing it because, as a single mom, she needs the money.

"Playgirl" has offered Kate's ex, Jon, $20,000 to pose for a nude photo. That can't be sitting well with Jon's now-enraged ex, Hailey Glassman, who tweeted and posted a fake photo of what she claimed was his unattractive body. The graphic photo was taken down by Twitter. No word yet on whether Jon will take up Playgirl on its offer.

Playgirl's most recent celeb star, Levi Johnston, has even more demands on the $20,000 that the magazine paid him for his semi-nude photos. Last week, Johnston was ordered to pay more than $18,500 in back child support payments to ex-fiancée Bristol Palin, and now the judge has re-crunched the numbers and billed him $3,500 more. The payments are retroactive to the birth of son Tripp on Dec. 27, 2008.  Bristol is also asking for $1,700 a month in palimony, claiming Johnston earned over $105,000 last year, but Johnston's lawyer has argued that Levi's income is erratic, to which Palin's attorney says, "Bristol is hopeful that Levi will obtain work in 2010."

The driver who said temperamental supermodel Naomi Campbell attacked him on Tuesday as he drove her in Manattan is now saying he is sorry the incident "was blown out of proportion." Miodrag Mejdina complained of cuts and bruises after he says Campbell struck him from the back seat of the SUV he was driving on Tuesday, but refused to press charges. Now his attorney says Mejdina "got angry and overreacted" and he wants to apologize to Naomi "for causing that to happen." Campbell released a statement that says, "I would like to put the last few days behind me and move on."

Simon-cowell-and-mezhgan-hussainy Simon Cowell wasn't his usual glib self when he talked about his new fiancee, Mezghan Hussainy, to fellow "Britain's Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan. "You confuse lust with love, you know, when you're in your teens and stuff like that," Cowell told Morgan during the interview, which will air Saturday in the United Kingdom. "It's a difficult thing to describe other than you know it when you are." At times stumbling over his words, Cowell added, "You just know when you've found somebody special and I feel very, very happy." Cowell said he was "kiding" when he said, "I think I possibly need to have a few more Simons around." Still, he says, "The thing about kids, it's like marriage, you know you have to believe you're in something that you're in for the long term – a hundred percent." Hussainy, 36, a makeup artist on "American Idol," has been seen wearing an enormous diamond ring.

The younger sister of Andrew Koenig says the actor was a dedicated activist who was a "fantastic uncle" to her son. Danielle Koenig says she last saw her brother Jan. 31, when he brought a cake for her early birthday party before leaving for Vancouver, where he was found dead on Feb. 25. "We had dinner with my family and he played with my son and we hung out a little bit and he went home," she says. "Nothing seemed out of the ordinary." Andrew Koenig was last seen Feb. 16 in Vancouver; his body was found by a search party of friends on Feb. 25. Danielle, a stand-up comedian who is married to comedian Jimmy Pardo and has one son, says of her brother, "He wrestled with depression and so there were obviously different sides to his personality, but he was also incredibly supportive of me and he was a fantastic uncle to my son."
